Customers may return items for exchange or credit within 2 weeks of receipt of merchandise as long as it is not a sale item. Proof of purchase is required. Please email us to start the return process.
Damaged or Defective Items
All items are closely inspected prior to shipping to our customers. Fourth Dimension Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered by the carrier. If your product is damaged in route, please contact us to request a refund authorization form.
Exchange Requirements
In order to exchange an item, item must be returned in original packaging with tags and proof of purchase. Customers are asked to return the item as quickly as possible to avoid delays in receiving their exchanged item. Customers may also receive a STORE CREDIT if their preferred item is out of stock.
Sale Items
Any item marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for a return or exchange.
